Jamie Lavin has quietly been growing Frame Space out of the Buttonwood Gallery since its initial launch in mid 2009 and he says he’s ready to take it to the next level!  This means you can now bog him down with all your framing needs and he is ready to deliver!

Buttonwood Frame Space is located inside Buttonwood Art Space at 3013 Main Street.  Frame Space is a growing framing shop full of services to meet all of your framing needs.

Services at Frame Space include a wide array of possibilities for framing memorable moments, sports jerseys, shadow boxes, paintings, prints and textiles.  Restorative & preventive benefits in every single framing; completing each job with conservation glass or varnish on the front of each piece, and cotton rag and/or buffered board backs.

Proper adhesive techniques are always used. Multi-opening mats are a specialty with our computer driven cutter, along with layout and composition that is unparalleled. Our objective is to stay within a week’s turn-around time on orders; excluding custom fabric-wraps.

Each month we offer a “Frame Space Special,” and you can always find the latest discounts posted here! Even without the specials, you’ll find our prices are extremely competitive.  Jamie Lavin, our in-house framer, supports local vendors for frames & materials; we don’t wait for weeks to get something in.  Jamie cuts and joins all the frames personally, cuts all the mats, and fits each installation.

THE FRAMESPACE SPECIAL FOR APRIL: FREE CONSERVATION CLEAR GLASS

Throughout the month of April we are offering free conservation clear glass at no additional charge – usually a $90 up-charge.

This glass has the same UV controls as the Museum glass we sell, though it is clear glass. This offer applies only to a full frame service consisting of frame, mats & fitting. Limited to 1 (24″ by 36″) or two smaller (18″ by 24″ maximum).
