"Picture Me - 3rd Annual Photography Show"  April 1 through May 27, 2011 Buttonwood Art Space is hosting a two month long art show April 1st through May 27th, 2011 at 3013 Main St., Kansas City, MO, 64108.  The show opens with a fabulous First Friday public reception on Friday, April 1st from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.  Free appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks will be available. Free parking.  The reception will continue Saturday, April 2nd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The annual exhibition features 15 photographers and over 50 art pieces capturing our world through the artist's camera.  Framed original works as well as unframed prints are available. Local and regional photographers included in the exhibition:  Michelle Wade, Jason Rollins, Bob Stewart, Carolyn Fox, Carolyn Dvorak, Richard Korek, Kathy Drungilas, Crystal Nederman, Dick Stine, Roger Cissner, Rhonda Chriss, Julie Blichman, Fred Schoell and Rose Burgweger. 

 Buttonwood Art Space gallery is located atop historic Union Hill in Kansas City, Missouri, is part of Buttonwood Financial Group and is open to the public weekdays from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.  A second First Friday event will be held on May 6th also at Buttonwood Art Space, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. The event is also open to the public with no admission fee and will include food, beer, and wine. The reception will continue Saturday, May 7th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
